📄 1. Kabul ve Kapsam
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Droplify mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanan kişiler ("Kullanıcı") ile uygulama geliştiricisi ("Droplify") arasındaki hukuki ilişkiyi düzenler.
Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız ve cihazınızdan kaldırınız.
📱 2. Uygulamanın Kullanımı
Droplify, odak ve üretkenlik takibi amacıyla tasarlanmış bir Pomodoro zamanlayıcı uygulamasıdır. Uygulama şu işlevleri sunar:
- Özelleştirilebilir Pomodoro zamanlayıcısı
- Oturum etiketleme ve kategorizasyon
- Haftalık, aylık ve yıllık istatistik görüntüleme
- Bildirim ve tema kişiselleştirme
Uygulama şu an ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır. Droplify, gelecekte ücretli özellikler veya abonelik modeli sunma hakkını saklı tutar; bu durumda kullanıcılar önceden bilgilendirilir.
⚖️ 3. Lisans
Droplify size uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak üzere geri alınabilir, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, sınırlı bir lisans vermektedir.
Bu lisans kapsamında şunları yapamazsınız:
- Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya türev eserler oluşturmak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, decompile veya disassemble etmek
- Uygulamayı üçüncü taraflara kiralamak, ödünç vermek veya satmak
- Uygulamayı ticari amaçlarla kullanmak
- Uygulamanın telif hakkı veya mülkiyet bildirimlerini kaldırmak
🏷 4. Kullanıcı İçerikleri
Uygulamada oluşturduğunuz etiketler, girdiğiniz kategori adları ve oturum verileri tamamen size aittir. Droplify bu verilere uzaktan erişmez ve talep etmez.
Verilerin yedeklenmesi kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Droplify, cihaz arızası veya uygulama kaldırma nedeniyle oluşabilecek veri kayıplarından sorumlu değildir.
🚫 5. Yasak Kullanımlar
Aşağıdaki kullanımlar kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlar için kullanmak
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak faaliyetlerde bulunmak
- Uygulamanın işleyişini bozacak zararlı kod veya içerik yüklemek
- Başkalarının Droplify deneyimini olumsuz etkileyecek faaliyetler
- Uygulamayı otomatik araçlarla (bot, scraper vb.) kullanmak
⚠️ 6. Sorumluluk Reddi
Droplify uygulaması "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Droplify aşağıdaki konularda açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti vermemektedir:
- Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı
- Uygulamanın belirli bir amaca uygunluğu
- Uygulama kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlar
- Uygulama aracılığıyla erişilen üçüncü taraf hizmetleri
Yürürlükteki tüketici koruma mevzuatı kapsamındaki yasal haklarınız saklıdır.
🔄 7. Değişiklikler
Droplify, bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta yoluyla duyurulacaktır.
Güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve kaldırabilirsiniz.
🌍 8. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabi olup Türk mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Uluslararası kullanıcılar için yerel tüketici koruma yasaları geçerliliğini koruyabilir.

📄 1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between users of the Droplify mobile application ("App") and the app developer ("Droplify").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.
📱 2. Use of the Application
Droplify is a Pomodoro timer application designed for focus and productivity tracking. The app provides the following features:
- Customizable Pomodoro timer
- Session tagging and categorization
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics
- Notification and theme personalization
The app is currently offered free of charge. Droplify reserves the right to introduce paid features or a subscription model in the future; users will be notified in advance.
⚖️ 3. License
Droplify grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Under this license, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lend, or sell the App to third parties
- Use the App for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
🏷 4. User Content
Tags, category names, and session data you create within the app belong entirely to you. Droplify does not access or request this data remotely.
Backing up your data is your responsibility. Droplify is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure or app uninstallation.
🚫 5. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose
- Engaging in activities that compromise the App's security
- Uploading malicious code or content that disrupts the App's functionality
- Activities that negatively affect other users' Droplify experience
- Using the App with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
⚠️ 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Droplify app is provided "as is" and "as available." Droplify makes no express or implied warranties regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
- Fitness of the App for a particular purpose
- Direct or indirect damages arising from App use
- Third-party services accessible through the App
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
🔄 7. Changes to Terms
Droplify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall the App.
🌍 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction. Local consumer protection laws may remain applicable for international users.
